Organic waffles with an incredible peanut mousse, honey, berries and nuts... yum. Cheat day!
Waffes at Hustle & Flow, San Pedro

Pancakes, eggs benedict, organic eggs... Spanish style Churros or a simple pan-tomate-aceite (olive oil tomato toast)? Here is your guide to the best places for a memorable breakfast while on holiday in Marbella. If you are staying with us, we can recommend the best insider tips for you to enjoy Marbella like you never imagined. Walk from Sunny Corner apartment to all the city center restaurants. Walk from Honeymoon Penthouse , Honeymoon Suites and Paradise Beach to the Elviria eateries. Some of these breakfast restaurants are open for breakfast and lunch, closed for dinner. Call to make sure they are open, before you set out. Weather is gorgeous. Come and have brunch! Do you have another suggestion for one of the 10 best breakfast places in Marbella? Shoot us a message thru the "contacts" page!

This is a huge classic in Marbella, in the golden mile area, best reached by car or by bike. 5 kinds of eggs benedict - including the "big texas" served on a potato pancake! Plus all the breakfast favorites are present from bagels to pancakes to waffles and breakfast burritos. Sizes are generous. Prices are not cheap but in our opinion, worth it. We like the sunny outdoor seating, the large lattes and we have never been disappointed by the food! Open all year. You can walk or bike ride here from Sunny Corner , or drive here from the Elviria apartments. Parking is a little short especially in summer and sunny weekends, but you can usually find places behind the shopping center.

Brunch with bling for chic mums, daughters and girlfriends... Right near the car entry to the port, Playa del Duque in Puerto Banus.

The most instagrammable breakfast experience in Marbella; Also the most flowery and chic! Bring your designer bag, sunglasses, and get a "brand name" coffee to match. Superbly photogenic food, delicious sweet treats. Lots of pink and lots of frills. Great for a girls brunch. Bringing hubby? Maybe not so much! But they have a special menu for your little dog!

More down to earth, head to the center of San Pedro for a modern organic and creative meal. You might have to wait for a space indoors but be patient, you won't be disappointed! Lattes can be made with a variety of milk from normal to soy to coconut... Organic vegetarian bowls are colorful and creative, and they also have all the breakfast classics with an organic twist, from the full English to eggs benedict to waffles and granola. Coming from city center or Elviria, best to come by car. It's easy to park in the blue paying spaces around the neighborhood and there is an underground parking garage just next to it.

The reference in Marbella for sourdough bread! Maleva supplies most of Marbella's high-end restaurants with home made bread and their wonderful natural sour dough recipe.

Just across the street from Sunny Corner apartment, this is your go-to breakfast stop when staying in center city. Friendly, family run place serving high quality organic food and lovely sourdough home-made bread.

The sourdough bread here is truly amazing and it is a Marbella institution.

Many of our guests at Sunny Corner mention this place and want to come back and stay just because of them! Some keep corresponding with the lovely owner even after their stay. This is a lovely Spanish owned establishment. We love the poached eggs you can have served with all the extras you want such as bacon and fresh sauteed spinach. Delicious. Coming from Elviria ? Early in the morning you will find blue spaces all around the neighborhood to park (pay at the parc-meter) or you can park in El Molino covered garage (expensive).

Perla Blanca - breakfast on the beach

A short walk on the beach from Paradise Beach and Honeymoon Suites apartments,

Perla Blanca opens at 10 am (check times, off season mid-week might be later). You can have simple, Spanish breakfast fare on the beautiful terrace with your feet in the sand. Why not hire a sun chair and stay for the day?

Perla Blanca is great at keeping us posted on instagram, check out what they're doing each day!

Absolutely gorgeous terrace on the beach, walking distance from Honeymoon Penthouse and Paradise Beach . If you are staying in Sunny Corner , it's worth taking an uber or driving out one morning and why not stay the day at this fabulous beach, hire a sunbed, enjoy the live music maybe at lunch?

This is where Seana gives her sunrise beach yoga classes several times a week. What could be better than yoga on the beach and then a smoothie or breakfast burrito, in the chillout lounge chairs with views to the sea?

Additional eye-candy,the Beach House beachfront is the location where Cross-Fit Elviria comes to train, if you're lucky you can watch these athletes while enjoying your pancakes or breakfast burrito! All the classics, as with most English-style breakfast places, the prices are not cheap but it's worth it.

Waterfront breakfast dining steps from the boats in the port and the beach. Alberts was renovating in early February 2022 set to re-open soon. See the breakfat menu here!

Work up your appetite for those eggs benedict, with nice 45 minute walk along the beach and through the Marbesa neighborhood from Honeymoon Penthouse and Paradise Beach, this is a great place to walk to and discover the Artola Dunes boardwalk. If you are staying in Sunny Corner , it's worth taking an uber or driving out one morning to stroll along the dunes, you can also stay the day at one of the many beaches with restaurants and lounge chairs in the sand next to the port.

Cappucino on the Golden Mile Paseo

Does it even need mentioning? The place to be for breakfast has always been Cappucino, on the boardwalk next to Hotel Gran Meliá Don Pepe. See the beautiful people stroll or jog by, watch the Marbella Paseo Maritimo wake up for the morning. Lovely sea view, upscale clientèle. Expensive, small portions.

Large selection of fresh smoothies and juices, besides that, pretty classic breakfast offerings. Go here more for the ambiance than for the food.

Do you want to try an authentic Spanish treat?.... Churros (!) If you are staying in Elviria at Paradise Beach or Honeymoon Penthouse, the Ana Bella Churreria - is the place to try. It has a nice parking space in front, take the Sitio de Calahonda exit and drive to this google maps location to park.

If you are walking on the beach, this off-the beaten path gem is easy to find if you know how: From the Luna Beach restaurant, find the tunnel under the highway. This passageway emerges right in the parking lot in front of the Churreria.

This popular local place was open all winter, of course in Covid times it's best to call ahead and check so as not to be disappointed.

Best kept secret, Marbella off the beaten path, churros and chocolate at Ana Bella
Churros at Ana Bella with the locals...

You can park in front of Ana Bella Churreria and then burn off those Churros calories by walking on the new coastal path boardwalk to Mijas. If arriving at the Senda Litoral by car, this is a great place to park in order to join the beginning of the official path from Calahonda to Mijas .

No website. No photos. If you are staying in Sunny Corner apartment, you'll find many Churros places around town, you can't go wrong! This place is at the entrance to the old town - Casco Antiguo - a try. Steps from Plaza de los Naranjos, maybe the first stop on your self guided tour of old-town Marbella. It is located next to the BBVA bank on Plaza Africa.

Our neighbors from Madrid recommended it, it is a local reference point - even though in one of the most tourist-frequentes streets of the city. Get a lovely wheel of Churros, with fresh squeezed orange juice and a pot of chocolate for dipping. After that, time to go for a hike on the Paseo to burn off the extra calories!

Joe's Smokehouse - An American in Puerto Banus

Bling! Nestled along the picturesque waterfront of Puerto Banus, Jack's Smokehouse offers a breakfast experience that perfectly combines stunning views, American classics, and the vibrant atmosphere of this glamorous marina.

As you savor delicious options like hearty smoked salmon bagels and classic avocado toast on amazing sourdough bread, you can watch luxury yachts gliding by and admire the sleek, flashy cars cruising along the promenade.

The bustling energy of the area, filled with high-end boutiques and designer shops, adds to the experience of your meal. With the view of the boats bobbing in the port, and the chic shoppers strolling by, and the thrill of the lively surroundings, breakfast at Jack's Smokehouse becomes more than just a meal; it's an immersive experience that captures the essence of Puerto Banus.

We like places that try to give back to the community, and love their policy of giving discounts to local retirees and neighbours.

The recently began opening some evenings with dinner service accompanied by a pianist, can't wait to try!
